Summer Enthusiasm According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) there are five elements that contribute to all activities: TREE / WOOD, FIRE, SOIL / EARTH, METAL and WATER. Seek out great friends, family and good conversation! This is for sure the time of year to be surrounded by people who make you feel good.
